Mezcalita
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz lime
- 3 dash orange bitters
- 1 - 3 teaspoon agave syrup
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Salt rim if desired (2 part salt 1 part chilli powder)
Mezcal Margarita
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz triple sec de kuyper
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 pinch salt
- 8 drops bitters
- agave syrup for taste as desired
Mezcal Mule
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ginger ale
- optional mint garnish
Smoky Basil
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1.5 oz lime juice
